FORKS, ND – (NewsDakota.com) Bismarck Century defeated the Valley City Hi Liners 5 to 0 in the Class A State Tennis tournament in Grand Forks on May 26th.

In the Quarterfinal Singles competition: Wolf defeated Ingstad 5-7, 6-3, 6-1. Stoppler defeated Wendel 6-0, 6-1. And Holmen defeated Halgrimson 6-1, 6-1 on May 26th.

Meanwhile, Fargo Shanley/Oak Grove defeated Valley City 4 to 1 for 5th place in the dual portion of the tournament in Grand Forks.

West Fargo Sheyenne defeated Grand Forks Red River 3 to 2 in the Championship Class A State Team Duals.

And Bismarck Century defeated Williston 5 to 0 for 3rd place.
