(NewsDakota.com) – Just days after finishing his record-breaking University of Jamestown baseball career, Tanner Dahl signed his first professional contract. The West Fargo native signed Monday with the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks of the American Association.
Dahl flew to Texas to meet up with the team and immediately made his professional debut. He went 1.1 innings while giving up a hit and striking out one.
The RedHakws lost the game 6-5. They return home on Friday to play Wichita.
Dahl is the Jimmies career leader in wins with 26.
