N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Jamestown man lost his life after a motorcycle accident that occurred roughly 5 miles North of Jamestown on Wednesday, May 11th.
According to Sgt. Ben Kennelly, 58 year-old Daniel Zimney was killed after being rear-ended by 38 year-old Glen Nystrom. The Highway Patrol reports that both individuals were traveling southbound in the same lane when Nystrom approached Zimney, rear-ending him due to the motorcycle traveling at a slower speed.
The collision caused the driver to be ejected from the motorcycle. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
The crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
