N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – First Lady Betsy Dalrymple will be in Jamestown May 13th in celebration of Imagination Library in the community.

According to Coordinator Bob Toso, First Lady Dalrymple will be reading to preschool children at the Jamestown Middle School on Friday, May 13th to help celebrate. According to Toso, Imagination Library has provided books to over 500 children between the ages of 0 to 5 every month in Stutsman County.

Imagination Library was brought to Jamestown around three years ago and all day-care providers have been invited to attend along with parents to help celebrate reading. Toso pointed out that he’s asked several members of the community to come read to the children along with First Lady Betsy Dalrymple.

Toso stated that a late e-mail on Tuesday came through from Lady Dalrymple’s office, stating that she would be bringing a special guest.

Over 200 free books will be handed out to those who attend. Registration forms to sign up children for Imagination Library will also be available. For more information, contact Bob Toso at 701-320-9363.
