N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Jamestown Public Works crews were addressing a water main break in the 600 block of 4th Street Northwest earlier Tuesday morning.

According to the department, the break occurred Monday evening when the pipe cracked due to age. According to an updated report, Jamestown Public Works were able to band the pipe and excavation crews were brought in to grade for passable traffic.

4th Street Northwest between 6th Avenue Northwest and 7th Avenue Northwest were blocked off during the repair work.
