N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Jamestown street crews will be picking up allowed debris for the annual clean-up week May 2nd through the 7th.
According to Assistant City Auditor Jay Sveum, items that will be picked up include house-hold items, small tree branches, and small-scale building, remodeling and landscaping debris. The debris will need to be in small, neat piles as close to the curb and gutter as possible and not in the street.
Areas and days of pickups are as follows:
May 2nd – Southeast Section
May 3rd – Southwest Section
May 4th – Northwest Section
May 5th – Northeast Section
Sveum pointed out that the city wide effort from city crews and residents really helps to beautify Jamestown.
