CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) Valley City Commissioner Dewey Magnuson was honored by receiving the North Dakota League of Cities “Visionary” award earlier this year.

Valley City Mayor Bob Werkhoven presented the award to Magnuson during a regular city commission meeting on April 19th.
