N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown City Park Board set the guaranteed maximum price at .6 million for Phase One of the Two Rivers Activity Center.

McGough Construction, who has been tapped to manage construction of the new center, will be responsible for any cost if the building costs more than $28.6 million to build. Principal Architect Brian Berg pointed out that the maximum price set is good news for the project.

There is currently a private fundraising campaign to pay for the second phase of TRAC that includes an outdoor pool, expanded child care, fitness center and multi-sport court area.
