N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown City Fire Department has been busy in the last 24 hours after begin called to an early morning fire at a shop building in Jamestown.
Crews were called at around 5:04 AM this morning to a fire that had broke out alongside the back of a shop building at 1308 4th Street Northwest. Fire Chief Jim Ruether stated that the owner called the department after embers from a pit inside the shop had sparked the fire.
Six units and 31 firefighters were on scene for roughly 30 minutes. Ruether pointed out that there were no reported injuries.
