Lee Mohr, 71, of Jamestown, ND, passed away Monday morning, April 11, 2016 at Eventide, Jamestown under hospice care.

Eleanor was born to Harold and Lillie Bossingham on June 7, 1944 in Carson, ND. She was the second to the youngest of 13 children.  Eleanor grew up on the family farm near Leith, ND and attended school in Leith until the family moved to Elgin, ND in 1954, then to Carson, ND in 1962.  Eleanor married David G. Mohr on April 19, 1966 in Carson, ND.  Eleanor settled in Jamestown in 1971 and earned her GED in 1996 at the age of 52.  She worked as a cook in various restaurants until she retired.  Eleanor enjoyed playing bingo, playing cards and knitting items for her family.

Eleanor is survived by her son, Sheldon (Marnie) Mohr and daughter, Bonnie Kizima; seven grandchildren, Jorgan, Matthew, Shayna, Melissa, Staci, Tallen, and Faith; three great-grandchildren, SkyAnne, Robert and Hendrix; four sisters, Lois (Ervin) Heim, Helen (Oz) Scherer, Thelma Haslid, and Dorothea (Ervin, Jr.) Prust; two brothers, Kenneth and Delbert (Ruth) Bossingham.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Lillie Bossingham; brothers, Harold, Merrill and Lawrence; and sisters, Evelyn (Lemuel) Jones, Lillian Bossingham and Beatrice (Lawrence) Zeller.

Graveside Memorial Service: 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Hillside Cemetery, Valley City, ND, with Pastor Bob Boyar officiating.
