N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The City of Carrington may be taking steps this summer to view rates in the community.
Brian Day of Midwest Assistance Program came before the Carrington City Council Monday night to discuss the possibility of a rate study being done for the city. Public Works Director Dan Trosen stated that Midwest Assistance goes to smaller communities to provide this service.
Trosen said that communities statewide and nationwide participate in the free study to gauge if their charging the residents fairly for services.
Trosen reports that a decision wasn’t made on the study, but he foresees the city participating sometime this summer.
