N.D.  (NewsDakota.com)  The Cardinals scored 15 runs in the first two innings and get the victory over the Thunder of Medina/Pingree/Buchanan on Monday afternoon 23-2 in five innings by 10-run rule.  Carrington improves to 3-1 and 1-0 in Region III play, MPB drops to 1-1 overall and 0-1 in the Region III.

Freshman Lucas Geiszler was the winning pitcher going all five innings, Jeremiah Heupel took the loss.  Braxton Hewitt drove in six runs and was 4-for-6 at the plate with two doubles and scored two runs.
