CITY, ND (NewsDakota.com) Police arrested a convicted felon for possession of several firearms on Saturday, April 9th in Valley City.
Police Chief Fred Thompson says officers arrested Glenn Leeds without incident in a public parking lot. He says later when officers knocked on the door Leeds apartment another man opened the door and officers saw two weapons on a table, aimed at the apartment door.
Thompson says eight firearms and several rounds of ammunition were recovered inside Leeds apartment following his arrest. More details of the arrest are in the news release below.
