CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) Two separate 36 multi housing units are being proposed in Valley City, if the plan and financing is approved, they would be built along Winter Show Road later this year.

Valley City Barnes County Economic Development Director Jennifer Feist says developer George Gaukler submitted a $500,000 bid to purchase 6.31 acres of land for the development west of an existing 36 unit complex.

Feist says additional multi-housing units are being proposed according to officials with the Valley City Planning and Zoning Committee.
