(NewsDakota.com) – Despite losing just their second game of the season, the University of Jamestown baseball team continues to climb the in the latest NAIA Top-25 poll. Jamestown dropped an 11-8 decision to Concordia (MN) on Monday, but that didn’t stop them from moving into the No. 8-spot in the latest rankings.

Jamestown swept all four NSAA games against U of Winnipeg on Saturday and Sunday giving up no runs over the course of 30 innings. They will return to North Star play this weekend in Aberdeen against Presentation College.

The Jimmies are currently 30-2 on the year. Conference newcomer, Bellevue is the No. 5 team in the poll.
