N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Charges have been filed against a 23 year-old male in connection with the Monday afternoon traffic stop that found weapons and drugs.

Levi Guthmiller was identified by Officer Logan Hord on Monday afternoon. Officer Hord stated Monday that he knew Guthmiller had two warrants out for his arrest from the Stutsman County Sheriff’s Department, so he conducted the stop.

Guthmiller is facing numerous charges including Driving While License Suspended, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. As of this afternoon, no additional charges have been filed against Guthmiller concerning the weapons and narcotics.
