CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) Valley City State University president Dr. Tisa Mason says the future of the university is very good. She talked about a number of upcoming events planned for April followed by a May ribbon cutting ceremony set for the Vangstad building improvement completion. Mason was a quest on KOVC Radio’s Voice of the Valley show on March 28th.
