N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A 19 year-old accused of gross sexual imposition has been found not guilty after a one-day trial in Southeast District Court.

Carrie Thu of Jamestown had been accused of having sexual contact with a 15 year-old girl along with Demietrius Daniel on August 25th, 2015. Thu was facing charges of endangerment of a child. Court documents say the trial was cancelled and has not been rescheduled.
