CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) The reign of a new Miss Rodeo North Dakota Winter Show Queen and Junior Miss Rodeo Queen ended for two an began for two others on Saturday, March 12th during the 79th annual North Dakota Winter Show.

Cassidy Rasmusson from Lisbon, ND won the 2016 Miss Rodeo North Dakota Winter Show title, and Eva Vangsness from Kindred, ND won the 2016 Junior Miss Rodeo North Dakota Winter Show title.

The pageant was held on Friday, March 11th during the 79th Annual North Dakota Winter Show. The contestants competed in horsemanship, modeling, speeches and interviews.

Spokeswoman Kayla Sorby says all the girls did a wonderful job and we would like to thank everyone for competing in this years pageant.
