CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) Tom Goven has been the municipal judge of Valley City since 1998.

Goven was appointed in 1998 and ran for a full 4-year term back in 2000. He tells KOVC radio news that he is seeking his fifth term. Since his first election in 2000, Goven has only been in one contested race.
