E. Reiten, 66, of Jamestown, ND, passed away Saturday afternoon, March 5, 2016 at Jamestown Regional Medical Center, Jamestown.

Joline was born May 12, 1949, in Mayville, ND, the daughter of Ardell and Irene (Dahl) Kvernen.  She grew up and attended school in Portland, ND and moved with her family to Petersburg, ND as a sophomore.  She graduated from Unity High School in 1967. She married Dick Reiten in February of 1967.  They moved to Wimbledon, ND in 1980 and later moved to Jamestown.  She returned to college in 1995 and graduated with a medical assistant degree.  She worked as a ward clerk for Central Dakota Nursing Home, Jamestown, for many years and later worked at Wal-Mart.  She especially enjoyed her grandchildren.

Joline is survived by her husband, Dick Reiten; two sons, Bradley (Kathi) Reiten, West Fargo, ND, and Brian (Betsy) Reiten, Jamestown; a daughter, Michelle Reiten, Jamestown; five grandchildren, Austin, Nathan, Morgan, Adam, and Emily; and two sisters.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial Service: 10:30 a.m., Friday, March 11, 2016 at Concordia Lutheran Church, Jamestown, with Pastor Tom Eckstein officiating.
