JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Police Department is informing residents of a high risk sex offender that has changed addresses within Jamestown.

31 year-old Anthony Allen Rolland has changed addresses to 515 6th St. Southeast Apartment #2. Mr. Rolland has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee. He was charged in 2001 with Gross Sexual Imposition after forcing a 10 year-old girl to have sex with him. He was also charged in 2003 after engaging in sexual contact with a 13 year-old girl.

Rolland is not wanted at this time and has served his sentence. The notification is meant for public safety only. Any attempt to use the information to threaten, assault or intimidate the offender will result in prosecution.
