CITY, ND – (NewsDakota.com) Valley City State University’s Health Services, with the support of Essentia Health and Sanford Health, will sponsor the VCSU Wellness Fair on Wednesday, March 2, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The Wellness fair will be held on the VCSU campus in the Student Center hallway, upper-level lounge and Skoal Room.
The goals of the Wellness fair are to motivate participants to make positive health behavior changes and increase awareness of local health services and resources by providing health screenings, activities, materials, demonstrations and information, according to Pat Egeberg, VCSU Director of Health Services and Worksite Wellness Coordinator.
Participants will be able to obtain free samples and literature, register for door prizes, do fitness testing and blood pressure monitoring, try out the InBody 270-fastest body composition analyzer and receive a free massage.
