N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Ypsilanti man, who is a high risk sex offender, is currently working in Jamestown.

The Jamestown Police Department is warning residents that Mr. Willard Eugene Fontaine is working in Jamestown and has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee. Mr. Fontaine was charged with corruption of minors in 2009 after he had intercourse with a 15 year-old girl and other acts with a 14 year-old girl in Stutsman County.

Fontaine is not wanted by police at this time and is currently serving his sentence. Any attempt to use this information to harass, threaten, or intimidate offenders or their families will be turned over for prosecution.
