N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The University of Jamestown has been introducing new majors and departments for the future and one of those new majors is Graphic Design for E-Commerce.
The new major will be offered beginning in the fall of 2016 and will offer a major with involvement from numerous departments on campus. Associate Professor Dr. Don Heier.
The program comes after numerous students requested the major, but the Department had been looking at bringing in the Graphics Design major for quite some time.
Dr. Heier pointed out that all four departments provide a unique combination of courses and allow an individual to develop different skills while obtaining a liberal arts education that a lot of employers seek.
Individuals interested in learning more about the major can visit uj.edu for more information. The major will first be introduced this fall.
