N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – New York financial technology company SmartAsset has released their annual study on Best Places to Get a Mortgage.
The study looks at top markets, comparing the likelihood of mortgage approval by county. It also looks at mortgage rates, average five-year borrowing costs, and property taxes. The study looked at each state and found the top 10 counties in North Dakota that were best for getting a mortgage.
The number one county for getting a mortgage was Divide County with a 91.12 market index for mortgages. Foster County was 3rd, Kidder was 6th and Stutsman was 10th with an index of 87.76. Click the photo below for the full top 10 list.
