CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Ethan Zeltinger, a senior football player at Valley City High School, has been recognized as a Burlsworth Character Award winner.  

This award is given to a senior football player who displays outstanding character, sportsmanship, and a willingness to put the team first. In addition to the award, Ethan will have his name listed in the credits of the film “GREATER”, which is to be released nationally this coming summer. The film is a major motion picture that is based on the life Brandon Burlsworth, a walk-on at University of Arkansas.  

Valley City head football coach Scott Roehrich said, “Ethan is a quality young man who demonstrates a tremendous amount of character and integrity in our hallways, classrooms, and athletic fields of play. He is a great example of the numerous quality young men in our football program and the ideals that we promote.”

Ethan is the son of Jeremy and Katrina Zeltinger.
