(NewsDakota.com) – Jamestown High standout football and basketball player Noah Wanzek has decided to continue his athletic career at the University of North Dakota. Wanzek will play WR for the Fighting Hawks football team and possibly work as a backup punter.
Wanzek, all-state in both football and basketball, hauled in over 600 yards and four touchdowns his senior year for the Jays. He missed a large portion of his junior year on offense after breaking his hand. Wanzek still contributed in the defensive secondary.
He signed his letter of intent today at Jamestown High School. Wanzek will receiver a full scholarship from UND.
