N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A tentative settlement in wrongful death and personal injury lawsuits against David Trsoke is under review by Southeast District Judge Thomas Merrick.

Troske is accused of shooting and killing 41 year-old Donnie Perleberg of Pingree and shooting and wounding 51 year-old Mary Seiler of New Rockford at a wedding reception on September 6th, 2015 in New Rockford. A motion hearing on the civil lawsuits filed against Troske was heard for both lawsuits on Wednesday.

Merrick did not issue a ruling at the hearing, but agreed to take the matter under advisement. Troske faces four felonies, including attempted murder, murder, and aggravated assault.
