N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Jamestown Job Service has reported an increase in open jobs for Region 6 in 2015.

Customer Service Senior Consultant Danica Chaput pointed out that Region 6, which consists of Stutsman, Eddy, Wells, Logan, Dickey, McIntosh, LaMoure, and Foster counties, saw an 4.1% increase in open jobs through the year.

Chaput stated that seasonal jobs could affect the available jobs in the region. She pointed out that there are several different departments that have the most open jobs.

There are currently 29 jobs representing 89 open positions in and near Jamestown according to the North Dakota Job Service website.
