N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Prairie Paws Rescue is a non-profit group that gives animals a foster home while seeking a permanent home.

The group is consisted entirely of volunteers who take care of each animal. According to President and Co-Founder Kaye John, the group had a very successful year in 2015. The group was able to give 163 cats and dogs a permanent, new home.

Kaye John stated that it was because of all the business partnerships and volunteers that the organization was able to do what they did last year.

The group will be holding their biggest fundraiser “Raise the Woof Comedy Show” on January 30th in Jamestown at the Gladstone Inn & Suites.
