CITY, N.D. – (NewsDakota.com) Valley City police arrested a woman wanted on an outstanding warrant in Minnesota.

Chief Fred Thompson says 21 year-old Cierra Shree Williams of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota was arrested in Valley City on January 20th.

Williams faces a felony assault charge with a dangerous weapon out of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
