N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A preliminary hearing for a former day care provider in Jamestown is being postponed after she was denied a court-appointed attorney.
23 year-old Brooke Ford, who was running Totally Kidz Childcare, was arrested December 15th for drug possession. Ford was allegedly in possession of methamphetamine and marijuana with the intent to use.
