N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The North Dakota Department of Human Services’ Economic Assistance Division is looking for public comments throughout the state on the Child Care Development Fund.

According to the department, the plan will focus on the Child Care Assistance program, child care health and safety standards, and quality improvement activities. The program helps income-eligible families pay for child care while they work or attend school or training.

Several meetings will be held across the state including ones in Bismarck, Devils Lake and Fargo. One meeting is being held in Valley City at Valley City State University on Tuesday, February 2nd.
