CITY, N.D. – (NewsDakota.com) Valley City Developer Dave Singleton got the green light to build a 30 plus unit housing complex on the south side of College Street. Construction will start this year with an estimated completion in 2017.

Singleton says the four story building will be 54 feet high with a 10 foot high fire escape located in the center of the flat top roof.

Two homes will be demolished before construction can begin on site. The Valley City commission approve of the plan on a 4 to none vote. Mayor Werkhoven was not present at the January 5th meeting.
