CO (NewsDakota.com) – Patrick Bendegue scored 13 of his 20 points in the second half, en route to Northern New Mexico College’s 78-65 win over #16 Valley City State University of Friday afternoon. 

Northern New Mexico (6-8 overall) forced 19 VCSU turnovers in the game and limited to the Vikings to 3-16 shooting from beyond the arc. 

Darryl Howell scored 18 points for the Vikings, who fall to 13-4 overall and 3-0 in the NSAA.
