(NewsDakota.com) – The University of Jamestown women’s basketball is just one game shy of wrapping up a stretch of four games in seven days and then will have some time off before conference season starts on January 20th. The Jimmies welcomed in Clarke University on Sunday and rolled to a 90-61 victory.

Chelsey Frydenlund lead the Jimmies with 17 points and three others scored in double figures. Jamestown knocked down 10 triples in the win.

The Crusaders jumped out to a 5-0 nothing lead, but once the Jimmies found their grove on offense it was over in a hurry. Jamestown put up half-a-hundred in the first half, leading 50-29 into the break.

Jamestown’s All-american Jessica Buck finished with just four points.

The Jimmies will play a Monday afternoon matinee against Ashford with the tip-time scheduled for 1pm. You can hear the game on ESPN Jamestown.
