CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The Barnes County Commission is discussing whether or not they should split the Planning and Zoning and Tax Director Position once director Betty Koslofsky retires.

Barnes County Commission president Mike Metcalf said a few people are advocating the split being the workload is heavier in the county.

Metcalf said the idea is only in the discussion stage with the Barnes County Commission.
