N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Grand Forks County farmer Don Larson uses drone technology on his farm to scout his crops.

Larson will be showing off his technology this weekend during the North Dakota Farmers Union convention in Bismarck. Larson says he has learned a lot about his farm with this birds-eye view.

The Federal Aviation Administration will oversee the commercial use of UAV technology. Larson is optimistic about the future.
