CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – It was a welterweight boxing match between #19 Valley City State University and #9 Dakota Wesleyan University in men’s college basketball on Wednesday Night.

Dakota Wesleyan University came away with a 93-89 win and snapped a six game winning streak for VCSU.

Jade Miller had a team high 21 points for Dakota Wesleyan University (9-3 overall, 4-1 GPAC), while Trae Bergh added another 20 points.

The Vikings (10-2, 2-0 NSAA) were led by Darryl Howell with 27 points and Rashad Satahoo with 15 points.
