N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Music Boosters were created to assist the Jamestown School’s music programs and have set their sights on a new project.
The Boosters will be holding numerous fundraisers in order to raise funds to purchase new acoustic shells for the district. President Michelle Weatherly stated that she has been working with the directors in order to figure out how much it will cost to replace them.
Weatherly contacted Superintendent Robert Lech with a proposal in order to pay for the new acoustic shells.
The Boosters will be holding their annual Music To Warm The Heart Event in February 21st, 2016. All funds raised by the group will be donated to the new shells for the music programs in the Jamestown Public School District.
