CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Fifteenth ranked Waldorf College saw one of the best defensive games from Valley City State University on Friday night.

VCSU (9-1 overall, 2-0 NSAA) limited Waldorf College to 38 percent shooting from the field, forced 19 turnovers and only gave up three offensive rebounds in their 80-55 win in North Star men’s basketball.

Justyn Galloway led the Vikings with 18 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists, while Jayden Ferguson had 16 points and 4 rebounds.

June Prowell poured in 21 points and grabbed 8 rebounds for Waldorf College (5-2 overall, 0-1 NSAA).
