CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A public hearing to change a city zoning ordinance caused a stir with people who live near the Pizza Corner Factory and are concerned about noise, garbage and truck traffic.

The Sather’s asked the city when was the business allowed to operate round the clock? No city official had an answer to that question.
