CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City State University controlled the game from the opening tip against Trinity Bible College on Tuesday night in women’s college basketball. 

Alli Vandal shot 7-7 from the floor and paced VCSU with 16 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists in the Vikings 98-32 win over the Lions.

Trinity Bible (6-5 overall) were led by Jaylen Newman and Janae Droste, both scored 13 points in the game.

The Vikings (5-5 overall, 2-0 NSAA) will host Waldorf College for a North Star Athletic Association game on Friday at 5:30 p.m. from the W.E. Osmon Fieldhouse.
