CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The Valley City Kiwanis Club made a 0 donation to the Barnes County Food Pantry. New member, Jeremy Wiebe (left) and President Alison Kasowski (middle right) presented the check to the Valley City High School Student Council during the Stuff The Truck event held Friday, November 21st at the Hi-Liner Activity Center.
Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers, with a chapter in Valley City consisting of 36 members. Their mission is to improve the community, one child at time, by raising money through their annual pancake supper and selling North Dakota Winter Show rodeo programs and giving it back to the community.
