S.D. – Jayden Ferguson of Valley City State (N.D.) was selected to this week’s North Star Athletic Association (NSAA) Men’s Basketball Player-of-the-Week, the second edition was announced by the conference office Monday.

North Star Athletic Association Men’s Basketball Player-of-the-Week     Jayden Ferguson – Valley City State (N.D.) – 6’5″ – Sophomore – Forward – Williston, N.D. – Ferguson averaged 20 points and 5.5 rebounds while shooting 60 percent from the field as Valley City State (N.D.) split a pair of games against NCAA schools. For the week, he was 15-of-25 from the field, 4-of-7 from the 3-point line and made all six free-throw attempts. Ferguson scored 19 points and earned 7 rebounds in 63-60 loss to NCAA Division II Minnesota-Crookston. The Vikings bounced back in the winning column with a 98-73 victory over NCAA Division III Wisconsin-Superior after he scored 21 points on his 8-of-10 shooting from the field.
