N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A whistleblower from Jamestown brought in Valley News Live to research an incident involving the use of government property for recreational use.

According to the report, a photo surfaced of Stutsman County Sheriff’s son using a jet ski owned by the department.

That’s Sgt Thomas Nagel with the Jamestown Police Department. In the report, it was found that an alias that gave the materials to Valley News Live was one used by Nagel. He stated that it wasn’t him that blew the whistle on the incident.

Stutsman County Auditor Casey Bradley pointed out that the relationship between Nagel and Kaiser has been strained in the past.

The jet ski was confirmed to be owned by Kaiser’s brother in-law, Ryan Hoovestol.
