N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A male driver became high-centered on an electrical transformer near Hardee’s this afternoon after losing control on 2nd Avenue Southeast at around 1:15 PM.

A wrecker was called in to lift the vehicle off of the panel. Jamestown Fire Chief Jim Ruether pointed out that Jamestown Police and Jamestown Ambulance were already on scene when fire crews arrived.

The driver was taken by ambulance to the JRMC. His condition and name was not immediately available. The accident caused a power outage in the area, including traffic signals at the intersection.
