N.D.  (NewsDakota.com)  The Carrington Cross County team will make their way to Grand Forks this Saturday for the State Class B Cross Country meet.  The Cardinals will have 10 boys and 10 girls participating this year,  including four all-region runners.  About 50 teams will compete, New Town is the three time defending champs on the boys side while Hillsboro/Central Valley is the four time defending champs on the girls side.  The Class B girls event starts at 3:00pm, the boys start at 3:45pm.  Each team is allowed to take 10 runners from each the boys and the girls, but only the top five will count as a score.
