CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Prospective students, friends and family members are invited to visit the campus of Valley City State University on a Viking Visit Day.

Each Viking Visit Day, which runs from 9 a.m. to noon, provides a fun, no-pressure way to check out the VCSU campus and visit with students, professors and admissions counselors. Prospective student visitors receive a free VCSU Viking T-shirt.

Upcoming Viking Visit Day events include Saturday, Oct. 24, and Saturday, Nov. 14. Additional visit days will be held Jan. 23 and April 2, 2016.

Those who prefer to schedule individual visits during the week are welcome to do so on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
